These heavily stitched double-sided sea stars are made by your hands out of soft white wool felt and are lightly stuffed with buckwheat hulls. They can be hung from a piece of driftwood, made into a mobile, or used as decorations on a holiday tree. Sea stars measure about 2 x 2" and hang from 26" assorted colored strands of plant-dyed sashiko thread. The kit is contained in a x 4 x 7” handmade indigo dyed project bag that is tied with a strand of hand-torn plant-dyed silk ribbon.
